The preliminary agenda for day zero (6 December) and for the main phase (7-10 December) of the IGF 2021  is now published. The IGF 2021 draft agenda can be found at: https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/content/igf-2021-schedule  and is updated on a regular basis.

The programme includes a range of workshops, open discussion forums, group sessions or networking sessions. There will also be high-level sessions with representatives of states and international organisations along with a parliamentary session.

The issue areas chosen by the UN this year are divided into two main ones: 1) economic and social inclusion and human rights as well as 2) universal access and meaningful connectivity and  four cross-sectional ones: 1) emerging regulation: market structure, content, data and consumer/users rights regulation, 2) environmental sustainability and climate change, 3) inclusive Internet governance ecosystems and digital cooperation, 4) trust, security, stability.

The programme of IGF 2021 in Katowice develops around the above issue areas. It features different types of sessions proposed by stakeholders from all parts of the world. The list of workshops included in the IGF agenda is now available.

Descriptions of workshops accepted for the main phase can be found here: https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/content/igf-2021-workshop-selection-results.
