11th Round of Poland-India Foreign Office Consultations

The 11th round of Foreign Office Consultations between Poland and India took place in New Delhi on 1st December 2025.

The Polish delegation was led by Mr. Władysław T. Bartoszewski, Secretary of State, Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, while the Indian delegation was headed by Mr. Sibi George, Secretary (West) at the Ministry of External Affairs of the Republic of India.

The consultations covered the full scope of bilateral relations, with particular focus on the Poland-India Strategic Partnership and the implementation of the Action Plan (2024–2028) agreed during Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Poland in August 2024. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to deepening cooperation in trade and investment, cybersecurity, defence, culture, and people-to-people contacts, among other areas. The talks additionally addressed a broad range of regional and global developments.

The next round of consultations will be held in Warsaw.
