Poland in India

On Saturday, December 6, 2025, Poles living in India gathered for their annual Christmas celebration.

The event took place at the residence of Poland’s Chargé d’affaires in India, Dr. Piotr Świtalski, and brought together members of the Polish community living in and visiting Delhi, along with their families. Guests had the opportunity to enjoy traditional Polish Christmas Eve dishes. There were also plenty of attractions for the youngest attendees—children took part in decorating gingerbread cookies and making paper chains for the Christmas tree, which was then beautifully adorned with their creations.

The warm and joyful atmosphere was further enhanced by singing Christmas carols and festive songs together, as well as the distribution of small gifts for all guests, especially the children.
