In Jaipur, the Polish Foreign Minister participated in the Jaipur Literature Festival, where he discussed European security, Russian aggression against Ukraine, and the challenges arising from geopolitical instability. This was an important element of Poland's presence in the international debate held during one of India's most recognizable cultural and intellectual events.

On Monday, January 19, Deputy Prime Minister Sikorski met with Indian Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. S. Jaishankar to summarize the progress of the Poland-India Strategic Partnership and discuss the implementation of the Action Plan for 2024-2028. The talks covered cooperation in the areas of trade and investment, security, digital technologies, mining, and India-European Union relations, particularly in the context of the upcoming EU-India summit. Both sides noted progress in bilateral relations, and the ministers also discussed key regional and global issues, including cross-border terrorism and Russia's war of aggression in Ukraine.

The visit reaffirmed the importance of regular, open dialogue between Poland and India and the growing interest of both sides in developing practical cooperation in key sectors of the future.
