On 27 and 30 March 2026 and on 01 April 2026 applications for reconsideration of visa applications will be accepted only directly at the Consular Section of the Embassy.

VFS Global VACs will not accept applications on designated days.

On 26 and 31 March 2026 the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi is closed.

Applicants whose time to submit an appeal expires within this deadline and who fail to submit them at the Embassy will be able to submit their applications through VFS Global VACs on 1 April 2026.
