On 2 October 2025, due to holidays, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi is closed.

On 29 and 30 September 2025, applications for reconsideration of visa applications will be accepted only directly at the Consular Section of the Embassy between 2-3 pm. VFS Global VACs will not accept applications on designated days.

The Consular Section will continue to provide assistance to Polish citiziens in emergency situations.
