Opening of the National Criminal Register customer service room at ul. Czerniakowska 100 as of 25 May 2020
The Information Bureau of the National Criminal Register has put in place additional security measures and changes in the service process in order to increase the safety of employees and our customers.
The Information Bureau of the National Criminal Register, in connection with the opening of the customer service room at ul. Czerniakowska 100, 00-454 Warsaw, as of 25 May 2020, has put in place additional security measures and changes in the service process in order to increase the safety of employees and our customers:
• special zones have been separated in the service room, guaranteeing the possibility of keeping a safe distance between the customer and the employee of the Bureau when issuing certificates;
• the number of customers simultaneously present in the room has been limited (2 persons per service window);
• employees have been equipped with necessary disinfection and personal protection equipment;
• customers are now required to disinfect their hands (an automatic sanitiser dispenser has been placed in front of the entrance) and use protective masks.
Customer service hours:
Monday: 8 am – 6 pm, cash desk: 8 am – 5:45 pm
Tuesday – Friday: 8:15 am – 4 pm, cash desk 8 am – 3:45 pm
