Please be informed that due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, the processing time of inquiries for information about a person may be prolonged. We hope that you will understand and we assure you that we make every effort to minimize the inconvenience caused. At the same time we would like to point out that in the event of any delay in relation to the statutory seven-day period following the date of filing the request, you may contact the Information Bureau of the National Criminal Register in order to clarify the matter, at the following telephone number: (022) 39 -76 -200, 220.

We would like to inform you that due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak any applications to create an institutional account for a legal person or an unincorporated entity may be submitted via the Electronic Platform of Public Administration Services (ePUAP). Please be reminded that these applications must be signed in accordance with the rules of representation.
