22.12.2023In accordance with Article 213(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, the National Broadcasting Council, defending freedom of expression, the right to information and the public interest in broadcasting, appeals to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Donald Tusk, to restore legal order and apply the applicable law in the selection of public media authorities.

The signatories of the agreement will, among others, support each other in straightening out false information that affects the image of their countries or falsifies history.
