20.10.2022In September and October 2022, the representatives of the KRRiT Office and the National Media Institute organized a series of online workshops for staff and collaborators of the Ukrainian National Television and Radio Council. The meetings were held as part of the realization of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed in July this year between the National Broadcasting Council and the Ukrainian National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council. The workshops met with great involvement and response from the Ukrainian side. It gathered about 100 participants.

13.07.2022On 13th July 2022 the KRRiT and the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine signed the Memorandum aimed to further develop mutual cooperation between both regulators.

05.07.2022The objective of the project is to analyse the presence of different types of families and the way they are presented in popular (in terms of viewership) film and television productions distributed in programs of the leading television broadcasters (TVP S.A., TVN S.A., Telewizja POLSAT Sp. z o. o.).

30.06.2022The sixth package of sanctions against Russia was adopted by the Council of the European Union on 3 June 2022 and includes targeted restrictions on the broadcasting activities of further Russian television programmes (Rossiya RTR/RTR Planeta, Rossiya 24/Russia 24, TV Center International).

04.03.2022The National Broadcasting Council in coordination with the Government Plenipotentiary for Cyber Security Janusz Cieszyński, is urgently conducting a verification of all Russian and Belarusian TV programs distributed in Poland.
