Privacy Policy of KRUS

Pursuant to the requirements of the provisions of the Act dated 29th August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws] of 2002, no. 101, item 926, as last amended), we would like to inform that the use of our www.gov.pl/web/krus website resources, managed by Kasa Rolniczego Ubezpieczenia Społecznego with the seat in Warsaw at Al. Niepodległości 190, requires  acceptance of the Privacy Policy of KRUS from its users.

According to the policy principles, the data for website management and anonymous statistics allowing KRUS to make improvements of the website functionalities and its development according to user expectations are saved automatically.

www.gov.pl/web/krus website hosting and telecommunication line for servers are provided to KRUS by an external supplier on basis of a contract according to which the personal data of the KRUS website users are processed with the preservation of the necessary confidentiality protection means, integrity and information safety, and they are used only to the extent that is necessary for the protection of website resources and its users.

The following data are saved automatically, among others - date and hours of a visit, its duration, hardware data (e.g., hardware model), browser type, browser language, the type of an operating system, IP address and cookie files (so called cookies) which recognize a given hardware and properly load the website, adjusted to individual needs.

Internet browsers allow storage of cookie files on any users computer or Smartphone by default. Instead, Internet users may manage cookies by themselves, e.g. blocking them by selecting the reject cookies option. However, due to that some functions of the website may not be running properly.

We analyze the collected data with the use of external suppliers solutions. Currently, we use Google Analytics. The tool runs based on cookie files however does not make the data, which facilitate identification of people, available. Please read also the details of the Privacy Policy of Google Analytics.
