Announcement - sale of the Mercedes-Benz E 300 passenger car.
Pursuant to the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 21.10.2019 on the detailed manner of managing tangible assets of the movable property of the State Treasury (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2004, as amended), the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Kuwait (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "Tender Organizer") announces a public tender for the sale of a Mercedes-Benz E 300 passenger car.

2.1. The opening of bids will take place at the meeting of the tender committee at the Seller's registered office, referred to in point 1 above, on December 4 , 2025 at 12:00 a.m. local time (Kuwait).
2.2. The opening of bids is public.
2.3. When opening bids, the name of the bidder whose bid is being opened as well as information regarding the price shall be provided. Bids are opened in accordance with the order of receipt at the registered office of the tender organizer.

The application must contain the name and surname and the type and number of the identity card of the person declaring the intention to see the subject of the tender.
Starting price:
The starting price is 3,500.00 KWD (three thousand five hundred 00/1000 Kuwaiti dinars)
All costs, taxes and fees related to the purchase of the subject of the tender are to be covered by the buyer. By entering the tender, the buyer agrees and undertakes to pay all taxes and fees required by the authorities of Kuwait, Polish and/or any other country to which the vehicle will be delivered after the sale.
The amount of the tender deposit and the deposit payment:
6.1. The condition for joining the tender is the payment of the tender deposit. The tender deposit amounts to 10% of the starting price of the tangible asset to be sold, i.e. KWD 350.00 (say: three hundred fifty 00/100 Kuwaiti dinars).
6.2. The tender deposit must be paid before the deadline for submission of bids: in cash at the cash desk of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Kuwait (by prior arrangement) or by bank transfer to a bank account number.

6.3. Failure to pay the tender deposit is a reason for automatic rejection of the tender.
The tender deposit must be paid before the deadline for submission of bids and only in cash. The tender deposit paid by bidders whose bids have not been selected or have been rejected shall be returned by the seller within 7 days from the date of selection or rejection of the bid, respectively. The tender deposit submitted by the buyer is included in the price. The tender deposit is not refundable if the bidder who won the tender has evaded the conclusion of the sales agreement.
Requirements that the offer should meet:
7.1. The Bidder submits the bid on the form constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Announcement.
7.2. A written bid submitted in a tender should include:
- name, surname and place of residence or company and registered office of the bidder, contact phone, e-mail;
- the offered price for the asset covered by the subject of the tender, not lower than the starting price;
- a statement by the bidder that he has become acquainted with the condition of the subject of the tender or that he is responsible for the consequences resulting from the resignation from getting acquainted with the condition of the subject of the tender;
- in the case of joining the tender of a legal person, an up-to-date copy of the relevant register should be attached to the tender;
- a statement on familiarization with the information on the processing of personal data.
- proof of payment of the tender deposit, confirmation of payment of the tender deposit.
The date, place and procedure of submitting the offer and the period in which the offer is binding.
8.1. The bid with the required documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope.
8.2. The envelope must be addressed according to the following formula:

8.3. The envelope should bear the inscription: "Offer for the purchase of Mercedes-Benz E300",
8.4. Written offers should be submitted on working days (from Sunday to Thursday) from 8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., no later than 4.12.2025 at 12:00 p.m. local time, at the Seller's registered office.
8.5. The period of binding the offer is 14 days from the date of opening the offers.
Rejection of offers:
9.1. The Tender Committee rejects the bid if:
9.1.1. It was submitted after the deadline, in the wrong place or by a bidder who did not pay the tender deposit;
9.1.2. It does not contain the data and documents referred to in point 7 above, or they are incomplete, illegible or raise any other doubts, and its completion or explanation could lead to its recognition as a new offer.
Other information:
10.1. The Tender Committee shall select the bidder who will offer the highest price for the asset covered by the tender. The sale cannot take place at a price lower than the starting price.
10.2. The bidder who offers the highest price will be immediately informed and invited to sign the car sale agreement. The amount of the tender deposit paid by the tender deposit will be included in the purchase price.
10.3. The tender deposit submitted by bidders whose bids are not selected or are rejected will be returned within 7 days immediately after the selection of the bid or its rejection.
10.4. The tender deposit shall be forfeited to the Seller if the bidder whose bid is accepted evades the conclusion of the agreement.
10.5. If it is established that several bidders have offered the same price, the Seller decides to continue the tender in the form of an auction between these bidders, at the same time setting the date and rules of the bidding.
10.6. If the bidder whose bid is selected fails to pay the offered sum to the Seller's bank account within 7 working days from the date of signing the sales agreement, the bidder thus loses the right to purchase the car being the subject of the tender, and the Seller reserves the right to choose the next one from the most advantageous bids.
10.7. The Seller does not issue an invoice for the purchased vehicle. The basis for payment and delivery of the subject of sale will be the sales contract, which will be concluded within 14 working days from the date of the tender settlement.
10.8. The transfer of ownership of the car to the buyer will take place immediately after the buyer pays the purchase price, within the time limit specified by the Seller, on the basis of the signed sales agreement and confirmation of crediting the amount paid by the buyer to the Seller's bank account.
10.9. The Seller does not provide a warranty for the condition of the vehicle covered by the tender nor is it responsible for hidden defects of the vehicle. From the moment the subject of the tender is issued, all the benefits and burdens associated with the purchased vehicle are transferred to the buyer.
10.10. The Seller has the right to close this tender without selecting any of the offers, without giving reasons.
