Third edition of the KLUB PRO Programme. Applications are now accepted

Over 900 sports clubs from all over Poland have been selected as eligible to take part in the third edition of the KLUB PRO Programme of support to sports club. The aim of the programme is to provide funding to sports clubs that are the best in sports training provision to young people in Poland. This year, the allocations can amount to a total of PLN 104,696,000. The call for applications will be open until 30 April. The national partner and operator of the programme is Halina Konopacka LOTTO Foundation.

The programme covers 902 sports clubs that provide sports training to as many as 65,000 athletes aged between 12 and 23, in the age categories of children, sub-juniors, juniors, and young adults. Over 3,150 coaches and 270 support staff members will be engaged in the programme’ implementation.

On Friday, 10 April, at the PGE Narodowy Stadium in Warsaw a press conference was held with the participation of sports clubs from Mazowieckie voivodeship (i.e. province) of the country. This year, the KLUB PRO Programme of support to sports club covers 122 organisations from the region, which are eligible for funding totalling to PLN 15 million. 

The next edition of the KLUB PRO Programme is launched with even more power, energy and funding of over 100 million PLN. The programme brings a real change as it provides Polish clubs, eventually, with real money for sports training or equipment. We are launching this edition of KLUB PRO with our great new partner,

- said Jakub Rutnicki at the PGE Narodowy Stadium. 

During the conference, Jakub Rutnicki, Minister for Sport and Tourism and Beata Stelmach, President of the Board of Halina Konopacka LOTTO Foundation and CEO of Totalizator Sportowy, officially announced that the foundation has been selected as the national partner and operator of the KLUB PRO Programme.

By supporting over 900 clubs and 65,000 young sportspeople we are investing in the future successes of Polish athletes, also in international arenas. Applications are now accepted

Between 31 March and 30 April 2026, sports clubs included in the list of eligible organisations (https://www.gov.pl/attachment/ae2d664b-0c9d-4143-b7f4-3179d79a8809) may apply for funding.

Applications have to be submitted electronically via the online application generator available at www.fundacjalotto.pl. Detailed information and access to the application system can be found under the ‘KLUB PRO’ tab (https://www.fundacjalotto.pl/klub-pro/). 

Investing in the future of Polish sport 

The aim of the KLUB PRO Programme is to create optimal conditions for training the most talented young athletes in Poland and to support clubs in their daily sports training work. In 2026, the allocation for direct support to sports clubs is PLN 104,696,000. 

The funds provided to the clubs may be used e.g. to create appropriate conditions for training young athletes, purchase sports and specialist equipment, hold training camps and specialist consultations, and participate in national and international competitions. They are also available for support to coaches and support personnel, diagnostic actions, hire and maintenance of sports infrastructure and promotional measures related to the implementation of the programme.
