On 23 and 24 February, the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of the Interior and Administration Bartosz Grodecki participated in the 2nd European Conference on Border Management. The meeting occurred in Athens and was jointly organised by Poland, Greece, Lithuania and Austria. This year's discussions focused on effectively protecting the European Union's external borders and countering illegal migration.

The Ministers of Internal Affairs and Migration of the EU Member States and the Schengen area, the Vice-President of the European Commission, the EU Commissioner for Home Affairs and representatives of the EU Home Affairs Agencies participated in the meeting in Athens.
