Katarzyna Jędruszczak

Doctor of Social Sciences specialising in political sciences. In 2015, she defended her doctoral dissertation titled ‘Operational Programme of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2007-2013 in EU regional policy.’ Graduate of the Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, European Union Structural Fund Management studies and the Academy of Regional Development.

Between 2007 and 2015, she worked at the Mazovian Bureau for Implementation of EU Programmes, where she was in charge of project oversight. In 2015, she took up the post of head of the Department of Culture and Promotion at the Bureau of the Targówek District of the Capital City of Warsaw. From 2016 to 2018, she served as deputy director for regional development and for the Mazovian Territorial Observatory at the Mazovian Regional Planning Office in Warsaw.

From 2018 to 2021, she worked as deputy Director of the Real Estate and Infrastructure Department at the Marshal's Office of the Mazovian Voivodeship in Warsaw. In 2023, she took up the position of Director General of the Mazovian Voivodeship Office. She then held the position of Director of the Department for Cooperation and Monitoring of Reconstruction in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. On 28 July 2025, she was appointed Director General of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration.
