Magdalena Roguska

Member of the Polish Sejm in the 10th term of office. In the Sejm, she was deputy chair of the Committee on Social Policy and Family and a member of the Committee for European Union Affairs and the Committee for Children and Youth Affairs.

On 30 September 2024, she was appointed as Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. She acted as a deputy for the Minister - Member of the Council of Ministers responsible for the implementation of the tasks concerning the reconstruction of the areas affected by the September 2024 floods. She was responsible for overseeing the Department of Reconstruction Planning and Coordination and the Department of Reconstruction Cooperation and Monitoring.

On 30 July 2025, she was appointed Secretary of State at the Ministry of the Interior and Administration. At the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, she continues to work on planning and reconstruction after the 2024 flood, which she previously carried out within the structures of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.

Long-time local government official. In 2006, she started her career as a councillor of the Białołęka District of Warsaw, a position which she held for 12 years, serving as a Deputy Chair of the Council and Chair of the Public Order Committee, among other positions.

In 2018-2024, she served as a city councillor of the Capital City of Warsaw, as well as a Deputy Chair of the Warsaw City Council since 2020.
She was born on 22 June 1980 in Parczew. She studied philology.
