The Internal Oversight Inspector or a person appointed receives the interested parties’ complaints and proposals pertaining to the activity of the Internal Oversight Office (BNW) every Monday from 3:00 PM till 5:00 PM.

Complaints and proposals may be lodged in writing, telegraphically or by means of a teletype, fax, electronic mail, as well as orally according to the protocol (§ 5 of the Ordinance of the Council of Ministers of 8 January 2002 on the Organisation of Receipt and Examination of Complaints and Proposals – Journal of Laws No. 5, item 46).
