16.02.2021- Today I visited the Multinational Division Headquarters in Székesfehérvár. In the nearest future, Polish officers will be serving in this Headquarters - this is an extremely important form of cooperation, even if considering that yesterday we celebrated the 30th anniversary of the V4. There are many of these forms. We cooperate very closely, we share our experiences, and this all serves the security of our countries - stated Mariusz Błaszczak, Minister of National Defense after the meeting with Tibor Benkő, the head of the Hungarian Ministry of Defense.

11.02.2021Mariusz Błaszczak, the Minister of National Defense and Lloyd Austin, the US secretary of defense confirmed the development of the intense military cooperation. On Thursday, February 11, during a telephone conversation, the head of the Pentagon assured that US defense cooperation with Poland would be maintained at a very high level. Warsaw and Washington will jointly strengthen and develop the deterrence and defense potential of Poland and the entire eastern flank of NATO.

20.11.2020- Less than two weeks ago, President Andrzej Duda ratified the agreement on enhanced military cooperation between the United States and Poland. Today we witness this agreement entering into force. We are watching the implementation of the provisions of this agreement. 26.09.2020As of the end of September the 21st Podhale Rifles Brigade will conduct a series of trainings and exercises as part of the NATO Response Force (NRF). The movement of soldiers and equipment will be visible on Polish roads.

17.09.2020– One of the topics of my today’s conversation with the Minister of National Defence of Lithuania were issues related with ensuring the security of the eastern flank of NATO. An important element and factor in this process is cooperation with the USA. The agreement on the permanent and enhanced presence of US troops in Poland undoubtedly deters a potential aggressor and positively effects the security of NATO's eastern flank – stated Mariusz Błaszczak, the Minister of National Defence after the meeting with the Minister of National Defence of Lithuania.

28.08.2020General Rajmund T. Andrzejczak, who leads the Polish Armed Forces, is running for the position of the Chairman of the NATO Military Committee. The Polish Government officially recommended him to chair this highest military body of the Alliance. The result of the competition will be known in September following the voting by chiefs of defence of all NATO countries. The new Chairman will assume his duties in the summer of 2021.

15.08.2020The US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo and the Minister of National Defence, Mariusz Błaszczak signed an agreement on defense cooperation, on August 15th . The signing ceremony took place in Warsaw in the Presidential Palace in the presence of the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda.

04.08.2020 Cracow- Today we have confirmed the decision announced by the US Secretary of Defence Marek Esper, the decision to establish in Poland the forward headquarters of the V Corps. This is a decision that crowns our efforts to increase the presence of US troops in Poland. (...) The presence of the V Corps is a tangible proof of the implementation of the policies of both presidents, with the aim to strengthen Polish-American relations - said Mariusz Błaszczak, Minister of National Defence during the meeting in Cracow, Poland.
