22.08.2025I have familiarised myself the effect of the efforts and decisions made by me and our partners from Norway, to place a training facility built by our Norwegian allies on a part of the Land Forces Training Grounds in Nowa Dęba-Lipa. Today, we are at the training ground where we are building training facilities, for both Polish and Ukrainian troops. It is a mission that Norway has decided to undertake together with Poland, within the NATO framework. This is also our philosophy - we want to support Ukraine from the Polish territory - deputy prime minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said after the conclusion of an information briefing.

13.08.2025- This is a good day for Poland, for Polish security, for all of us. It is a great week of the Polish Armed Forces. In the days preceding the holiday of 15 August there are always - at least when I am the minister - signings of important contracts. A year ago, precisely on 13 August 2024, we have signed a massive contract to buy the AH-64 Apaches for the Polish Armed Forces. (...) A year later we are signing an equally important contract to modernize all 46 F-16s, Falcons, which have been serving in the Polish Armed Forces for 20 years - said the deputy prime minister after signing the contract to modernize the F-16 aircraft.

25.06.2025- It's a historic event, we have an agreement regarding spending 5% of GDP on armaments, modernization, transformation, military mobility and all the issues connected to the security of the Alliance and our countries. There is no country that opposes this. 27.05.2025Our relations, our investments, common defence, common values - those are the foundations of our security. For a safe Poland there is no alternative other than a Polish-American alliance and a strong Poland within Europe. These two things complement each other, and Poland is a trans-atlantic vehicle. This idea that we have presented a few months ago, when president Trump assumed his office - that Poland is a trans-atlantic vehicle - is bearing fruit. We support all actions leading to increasing defence spending and Poland is a model ally, as defence secretary Hegseth has said - it's a country that spends almost 5% of its GDP on defence, invests in the most modern technologies and is always ready to lend aid - said the deputy prime minister W. Kosiniak - Kamysz during his visit in the USA.

Peace cannot defend itself, which is why we need our strength.
