Between 7th and 9th of March, Polish Embassy had a pleasure to host a delegation from Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education
The Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, dr hab Andrzej Szeptycki, together with the Deputy Director at the Department of International Collaboration at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, Mr Przemysław Skrodzki participated in numerous meetings with the representatives of New Zealand institutions and agencies like the Ministry for Tertiary Education and the Tertiary Education Commission.
The meetings were the first official engagements around the tertiary education topic between the countries on such level.
During his time in Wellington, Minister Szeptycki gave his keynote speech titled „Poland and the war in Ukraine”. The discussion was organized by the Polish Embassy and New Zealand Institute of Foreign Affairs at the Victoria University. The topic of the Russian aggression was discussed as well during his meeting with the representatives at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
