The next passport duty in Auckland will be held on March 27, 2026.

The passport duty will be held on March 27, 2026 (Friday) between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm at Europe House, 56 Wakefield Street, Level 16, AUT Building, Auckland Central.

The passport duty is limited only to passport application submissions. The number of appointments scheduled to submit a passport application is limited. To secure an appointment please apply by sending an email to Honorary Consul Mr Boguslaw Nowak at n.boguslaw@gmail.com 

For detailed information concerning the required documents, the passport photo requirements and the option of having your newly issued passport mailed to you, please visit our website.

To submit a passport application, please bring with you:

  • a photo compliant with the specific passport photo requirements, and
  • a NZ Post Courier Prepaid Ticket and a Signature Delivery Ticket.

Only debit card (EFTPOS) is the accepted payment method.
