Operation of the Consular Section of the Embassy of Poland in Manila

Owing to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments as well as the community quarantine measures imposed in Metro Manila, the number of Schengen and national visa applications is accepted to a limited extent until the situation stabilizes.

Depending on epidemiological risk associated with the further spread of COVID-19, we reserve the right to make other changes at the schedule of the Embassy work.

All applicants for Schengen visa and long stay national visa may apply at the Polish Visa Application Center (VAC) in Manila.

The VFS Global company offers assistance throughout the process of applying for Schengen as well as national Polish visas, from submitting the documents, until collecting the passport when the visa decision is issued. To book an appointment directly at the consular office, please register at the e-konsulat system https://secure2.e-konsulat.gov.pl/. To this end appointments for Schengen visa as well as national visa registrations for other purpose than employment are made available systematically in the "Register Form" Section of the e-konsulat system every first Wednesday of the month at 9.30 am (local time). In the event that the said dates fall on a holiday, the visa slots will be released on the next working day at the same time. Opening of new slots is a subject to general availability/limits per day.

Visits at the Consular Section in order to apply for national visa for employment require the following steps:

1. Visit: https://secure2.e-konsulat.gov.pl/

2.  Select the type of visa: - Register Form for national employment visa.

3. Accept the general terms and conditions of the procedure.

4. Enter and save a preliminary visa application. Remember that the data entered in the application must be the same as the data in your documents.

5. You will receive a request to confirm the preliminary application to the e-mail address provided. You have to confirm your application within 48 hours.

6. After you confirm the preliminary application, your data will be verified. You will receive information on the results via e-mail. Positive result of verification entitles you to complete the full visa application within the next 48 hours. If the application is not completed within this time, your booking will be canceled and the data removed from the system.

7. If there are more correctly verified applications for a given consulate than the available visit dates in a given period, the date of appointment will be assigned via an electronic draw.

8. After your application has been drawn, we will send information about the date of the visit to the e-mail address provided by you. Other applications will take part in subsequent draws until they are drawn or until the expiry of the document entitling you to work in Poland.

9. After having received the confirmation email with the specific appointment date, the printed and signed application along with all the required documents must be submitted personally on the day indicated by the system. If you are planning trip to Poland in the near future, please register for your visit at the Polish Visa Information Center or at the Consular Section.

Opening of new slots is a subject to general availability/limits per day. Registration of a visa application for a different purpose than indicated in the selected type of a visa/registration section, making substantial changes in the visa application after completing the registration will cause a visa application rejection. Please register visa applications carefully and with proper attention.

The Consular Section of the Polish Embassy in Manilia does not collaborate with any commercial visa agencies. These entities are unable to secure visa appointments. The only cost involved is the visa fee charged by the Consulate.

In order to maintain social distancing requirements, the consular customers are requested not to arrive more than 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
