Projects may be carried out in Senegal, Guinea or Gambia by the following entities:

•    Local non-governmental organisations (associations, foundations)

•    Catholic missions and other religious organisations

•    Public benefit institutions

•    Central and local government

 

Project applications submitted to the Polish Embassy in Dakar must relate to one of the following areas:

•    Peace, justice and effective institutions

•    Quality education

•    Decent work and economic growth

•    Good health and well-being

• Gender equality

• Measures to combat climate change

 

The project must be completed by 30 November 2026.

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dakar funds projects for amounts ranging from €16,000 to €25,000.

Please note! The Embassy does not pre-finance projects, but reimburses expenses after the project has been completed. Payments are made after the tasks specified in the contract or at its various stages (referred to as ‘activities’ in the form) have been completed, upon presentation of invoices.

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dakar reserves the right to respond only to selected applications. Applicants whose projects are selected for funding will be notified by email by the Polish Embassy in Dakar.
