During the events of November 16, the attention of Polish officers was caught by one of the men who acted as if he was in control of the situation and was distributing some tasks. Polish officials selected him as a person who could come to the site to supervise the activities carried out against Poland.

The indicated man was identified as Maj. Roman Podliniev, deputy chairman of the State Border Committee of Belarus. In the photo, he is surrounded by a large group of security guards serving in the OSAM special unit.

Podliniew was born in 1976 in the Mykolaiv Oblast of the USSR. In the years 1993-1997 he studied at the faculty of border troops. In 2009, he graduated from the Academy of the Border Service of the FSB of Russia. Since October 2019, he has been the deputy head of the Belarusian border guards.

The presence of such a high officer of the Belarusian border guards at the time of the attack on the Polish border crossing point shows the great importance attached to the operation against Poland by the Belarusian services. The goals and significance of actions against Poland go far beyond the issues of migration. The operation carried out by Lukashenka is, in fact, part of Russia's actions against the West.

Podliniew’s involvement during the attack on the Polish border crossing point also indicates - once again - the perpetration of the Belarusian services. To this day, they play a key role in actions against Poland.
