Reforms for the benefit of children

Among the numerous daily activities carried out for the benefit of children, the central authority can boast of the legislative changes made.

The most important changes are:

  • Introduction of the Act of 26 January 2018 on the performance of certain activities of the central authority in family matters in the field of legal transactions under European Union law and international agreements which has been in force since 27.08.2018.
