Important notice for applicants

We are informing that the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland does not cooperate with any entities offering services of appointment booking or any agents offering visa services such as travel agencies, work agencies, visa canters, outsourcing companies. Using services of such intermediaries does not cause preferential treatment. Only the consul is entitled to process visa applications and make decisions in visa cases. The only fee to be paid is the consular fee for submitting the application.

If you need any detailed information or additional support, please contact us via bangkok.consul@msz.gov.pl

 

Do not use services of agents, who may, for additional fee, offer:

  • booking an appointment for you;
  • filling-in your application form;
  • provide inaccurate visa information;
  • ask you to sign a power of attorney to represent you.

Attention!

Registration and filling in the form is not subject to any fees. We encourage you to register and fill in the form yourself. The Embassy does not schedule appointments in any other way and does not grant any appointment slots to agencies. Before coming to the Embassy make sure to read about the procedures and required documents on our website. Prepare all the documents yourself.
