The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Abu Dhabi informs about surplus and used components of movable property intended for sale.

The list of property components deemed surplus or used is provided in Attachment No. 1 to this announcement.

Individuals interested in acquiring specific property components listed in Attachment No. 1 may submit written offers containing:

• Name, surname, and address or name (company) and headquarters of the bidder, mobile phone number, and email address

• Offered price, not lower than the reserve price, and payment conditions;

• Statement by the bidder that they have familiarized themselves with the condition of the auctioned item or that they accept responsibility for the consequences of waiving inspections;

• Statement regarding the processing of personal data (GDPR) following the template specified in Attachment No. 2 attached to this announcement.

The decisive criterion for the disposal of surplus or used property components by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Abu Dhabi through sale will be the highest price proposed for each individual property component. In the event that at least two bidders propose the same price for a given property component, the Embassy may conduct an additional auction among these bidders.

The condition for the purchaser to take possession of the tangible property component is the payment of the purchase price.

Property components can be viewed at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Abu Dhabi from 13:30 to 14:30 from February 9th, 2024, to February 15th, 2024, by prior telephone arrangement at +971 2 4465200.

The receiving party bears all costs, taxes, and fees associated with the transfer of property components. The receiving entity agrees and undertakes to pay all taxes, duties, and fees required by the authorities of Poland or any other country to which they will be transferred after the transfer.
