The Embassy of the Republic of Poland informs all applicants intending to apply for a Schengen Tourist or Visit Visa (Visa Type C) of the changes in the appointment procedure.

Application Procedure:

  1. Access the official visa registration platform: www.e-konsulat.gov.pl;

  2. Select an available appointment date;

  3. Complete the visa application form online;

  4. Print the completed form and submit it, along with all required supporting documentation, in person at the time of your scheduled appointment.

Please Note:

  • New appointment slots are made available every Sunday at 11:00 AM.

  • If no dates appear as available, it means that all current appointment slots have been booked.

  • Applicants are advised to check the system again after new time slots are released.
