As the renovation works at the consular office begin, we are introducing changes to our work schedule.

Due to renovation works at the consular office building at 10 Bouverie Street we are introducing changes to our work schedule. From August 17 to 31, 2026, in-person visits to the consular office will be available only in urgent matters and emergencies by prior appointment via email. We reserve the right to verify the urgency of the matter and to establish a limit on the number of daily visitors. We will not be able to accept visitors without prior appointment.

From August 13 to 31, 2026, in person passport collection will not be possible. If you need to collect your document urgently, please get in touch with us by email: londyn.paszporty@msz.gov.pl

During this period, visa-issued documents will be collected by post, according to the terms agreed upon when submitting the visa application. For passports due for in-person collection before August 13th, please contact us by email: london.visa@msz.gov.pl

The office will be open on working days from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
