In March, the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Edinburgh organised a conference on the mental health of children and young people.

The conference was attended by headmasters and teachers of Polish complementary schools, representatives of public services (Public Health Scotland and the Scottish Police), and Scottish and Polish aid organisations such as Feniks, Polish Family Support Centre, Scottish Women's Aid, and Edinburgh Women's Aid.

Participants discussed the situation of Polish children and young people after the pandemic and the challenges currently faced by Polish families living in Scotland.

If you wish to find out more on the topic, Consul Renata Wasilewska—Mazur discussed it in an interview with Polish Radio after the conference.
