Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki has appointed Janusz Kowalski MP as Secretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

At the same time, Janusz Kowalski MP was appointed Government Plenipotentiary for Processing and Development of Agricultural Markets.

On behalf of Prime Minister Morawiecki, the appointment letters were presented today by Deputy Prime Minister Henryk Kowalczyk.

Janusz Kowalski will hold both positions from 16 September this year.
