The meeting was organised by the Minister of Regional Affairs and Agriculture of the Republic of Estonia Hendrik Johannes. Poland was represented by the Secretary of State Jacek Czerniak.

Denmark, and then Cyprus, are part of the Trio Presidency started by Poland. This means close cooperation of the countries with regard to the implementation of key priorities.
