Minister Zbigniew Rau talked over the phone with High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell. Discussed was the situation along the Polish-Belarusian border in the context of the Foreign Affairs Council scheduled in Brussels on 15 November. The conversation was held on the initiative of EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell.
