The consular district of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Montreal covers the Provinces of Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward island.

The Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Montreal is open for clients on:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays – from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM
Tuesdays – from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM

Please note that you need to make an appointment at www.e-konsulat.gov.pl prior to your visit.

In 2025, apart from Saturdays and Sundays, the office is closed on:

Complaints and Requests

The Head of Office accepts complaints and requests on Mondays from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
