Prime Minister Donald Tusk appointed Urszula Zielińska as the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Climate and Environment, at the request of the Minister of Climate and Environment, Paulina Hennig-Kloska.

Urszula Zielińska graduated in marketing and management from Leon Kozmiński University in Warsaw. Since 2019, she has been a member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland for the ninth and tenth terms. In the ninth term of the Sejm, she sat on the Committee on Energy, Climate and State Assets and the Committee on the Environmental Protection, Natural Resources and Forestry. Before becoming an MP, she worked in international business in Poland, Germany and the UK. He speaks English and German.
