The Plenipotentiary will work for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The main tasks include:

• monitoring work undertaken by government administration bodies to improve conditions for small and medium-sized enterprises to do business;
• cooperating with government administration bodies in monitoring actions affecting the conditions for small and medium-sized enterprises to do business;
• initiating actions by government administration authorities aimed at improving the conditions for small and medium-sized enterprises to perform business activity;
• issuing opinions on actions by government administration bodies which have an impact on the conditions of performing business activity by small and medium-sized enterprises;
• initiating and giving an opinion on actions aimed at promoting good administrative practice in the performance of business activities by small and medium-sized enterprises.
