The website is partly consistent with the Act of 4th April 2019 on the Digital Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Entities due to the following inconsistencies and exclusions:
- It may happen that, in spite of efforts by editors of the website, some documents published on the website will be inaccessible due to the fact that:
- they come from various sources,
- they were published on the basis of the rules adopted in another institution,
- they were published before the effective date of the Digital Accessibility Act,
- some contents were published on the website with images containing text, due to the fact that the content of the image was necessary for the effective communication of the given topic;
- some videos published on the website may not have subtitles or other required elements, due to the fact that they were published also before the effective date of the Digital Accessibility Act;
- because of temporary system limits on the website, some elements of the content were marked with the lang tag.
Date of preparation of the statement: 2020-11-05.
Date of last review of the statement: 2025-03-24.
The declaration was prepared on the basis of the self-assessment carried out by the public entity.

Applications for the provision of access to unavailable information and requests for the provision of accessibility may also be submitted in this way.
Everyone has the right to request the provision of digital accessibility of the website, mobile application and any of their elements. It is also possible to request that information be made available via alternative access method, e.g., by reading out the digitally unavailable document or describing the content of the video without audio-description.
The request should contain:
- data of the person submitting the request,
- indication of the relevant website or mobile application, and
- means of contact.
If the requesting person reports the need to receive information using an alternative access method, he/she should also specify such method of presenting this information that he/she finds convenient.
The Ministry will fulfil the request immediately, not later than within 7 days from the date of its submission. If compliance with this time-limit is not possible, the Ministry will immediately notify this fact to the requesting person and notify the time-limit for fulfilling the request; however, this time-limit must not be longer than 2 months from the day of submission of the request.
If the provision of digital accessibility is not possible, the Ministry will propose an alternative method of access to information.
If the Ministry refuses to fulfil the request for the provision of accessibility or an alternative method of access to information, the requesting person may submit a complaint regarding the provision of digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or an element of the website or mobile application.
Upon exhaustion of all possibilities, the complaint may also be submitted to the Ombudsman.
