Legal counsel and manager with long-term experience in governmental administration, specialising in legal, legislative, financial and organisational issues.
Graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice and the counsel’s training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. She completed the MBA programme at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and the European Integration Study at the National School of Public Administration / École Nationale d’Administration.
She has worked for the Ministry of Finance and the National Revenue Administration for several years, where she has supervised the operation of the departments responsible i.a. for finance, human resources, logistics, legal representation and legislative processes. Former Deputy President and Acting President of the Military Property Agency, responsible i.a. for real-estate management, military trade, finance, marketing and public relations.
Chair of the Interministerial Adjudicating Committee for breaches of public finance discipline at the Minister of Finance. Demonstrates wide knowledge and experience in project management, public procurement and supervision over the State Treasury companies.
