Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki appointed Piotr Uściński as Secretary of State at the Ministry of Development and Technology

Piotr Uściński has been appointed by Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki as Secretary of State at the Ministry of Development and Technology. He will be responsible for construction, planning and spatial development and housing. The nomination for the position of Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Development and Technology was received from the Prime Minister Marek Niedużak. In the ministry he is responsible for the area of regulation and legislation.

Piotr Uściński (born 1977) graduated in computer engineering and electronics at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology (2004) and the Academy of Management at the Warsaw School of Economics (2006, postgraduate studies). He is also a graduate of Kozminski University in Warsaw, where he completed a postgraduate course in Business Psychology (2010). He also completed MBA studies.

Marek Niedużak (born  1981) is a PhD in law and an advocate specialising in civil and commercial law, a graduate of the Jagiellonian University and the University of Cambridge. From 19 January 2020, he served as Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Development, Labour and Technology. From 17 August 2021, he was Under-Secretary of State in the Ministry of Development and Technology. In the ministry he is responsible for the area of regulation and legislation.
