Secretary of State at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister

Adam Andruszkiewicz was born on 30 June 1990. He graduated from the Institute of History and Political Science of the University of Białystok with a master's degree in international relations. A media specialist and a former member of the Białystok University Students’ Parliament, Mr Andruszkiewicz remains a member of the Council of Graduates of the Institute of History and Political Science of the University of Białystok.

He was a deputy of the 8th and 9th term Sejm, and in the 2015-2018 period, worked as the vice-chairman of the Committee on Liaison with Poles Abroad. From 28 December 2018 to 7 October 2020, he served as the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Digital Affairs.

At the Ministry, he supervised the work of the Legal Department, International Policy Department, Innovative Solutions Department and Data Management Department. Since 7 October 2020, he has been serving as the Secretary of State at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, supervising the following departments: Digital Regulation Department, Data Management Department and Innovative Solutions Department. 

Tasks: Performs any tasks assigned by the minister responsible for computerisation.
