Accreditation for Berlin Process Ministers of Foreign Affairs meeting

On 11-12 April, Warsaw will host a meeting of Berlin Process Ministers of Foreign Affairs. Poland currently holds the yearlong presidency of the Process. Launched by Germany, the Berlin Process promotes regional cooperation among the Western Balkan countries, complementing the EU enlargement policy. The initiative brings together candidates for EU membership (Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia, Albania) and potential candidates (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo), as well as selected EU member states.

 

Accreditations can be obtained through an online accreditation system available below until 11 p.m. on 31 March 2019 (Sunday).  Accreditation applications will not be accepted after this date.

 

Details of broadcast vehicles (brand and registration number) should be reported to rzecznik@msz.gov.pl and include ACCREDITATION_VANS_Berlin Process meeting_media organization name in the subject of the e-mail, by 11 p.m. on 31 March 2019 (Sunday).

 

The media programme of the event will be published at a later date.

 

The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to restrict access to respective media pools. Editorial teams will be notified of their allocated pools after the accreditation process has closed.
