The meeting focused on current security issues of Poland and the Czech Republic including the priorities within the NATO framework, situation on NATO’s Eastern flank and the vision for the development of EU’s Common Security and Defense Policy.

Polish deputy minister underlined that Poland enjoys good cooperation with the Czech Republic on our common security. “Another meeting with the Czech Members of Parliament shows a strong mutual commitment to further the cooperation we witness on a daily basis in NATO, the European Union and during the Visegrad Group meetings,” added the deputy minister.

Part of the Czech MPs visit to Poland was a meeting with the representatives of the National Defense Committee of the Polish Sejm.
