Exports of Arms and Military Equipment from Poland. 2025 Report
24.09.2026
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs prepared an annual report on the exports of arms and military equipment for 2025.
Last year’s exports and intra-EU transfers of arms and military equipment amounted to EUR 2.48 billion and is still one of record highs. At the same time, there is evidence of a downward trend. Compared to 2024, these results are approximately 28% lower, which may be due to a change in the nature of the hostilities in Ukraine.
However, the exports of arms from Poland are still twice the value of the actual special exports in 2022. The most important foreign recipients include entities from Ukraine (approx. 67% of exports by value), the Philippines (10%), and the United States (7%). The majority of arms exported were ammunition and its components (approx. EUR 1.03 billion) ahead of aviation products (approx. EUR 815 million). Due to legal restraints, the data for 2025 does not contain classified information regarding the export permits granted, their value, and the actual exports of the arms and military equipment donated by the Polish government to Ukraine.
