Media representatives are invited to a press conference featuring Poland's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski, Estonia's Minister of Foreign Affairs Margus Tsahkna, and Iceland's Minister for Foreign Affairs Katrín Gunnarsdóttir following the meeting of the Council of the Baltic Sea States.





Media outlets interested in participating in the event are requested to register via Press Room system by Thursday, 21 May, by 4:00 PM. 




NOTE: Foreign media representatives are requested to provide their first name, last name, date of birth, ID number, and issuing country to: rzecznik@msz.gov.pl




After the above deadline, it will no longer be possible to apply for accreditation or make changes to submitted participants.


•    Journalists’ entry: 1:00 PM–2:00 PM (side entrance: Conference Centre).

•    Entry requires presentation of ID and a valid press card.

•    Event access is granted only upon accreditation.


 


NOTE: Polish media representatives are requested to provide their PESEL number in the Press Room system.




Simultaneous interpretation from English will be available during the press conference.



The number of seats is limited; registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.



The MFA does not provide parking spaces at the hotel.
