Media accreditation for the Western Balkans Summit in Poznan

On 4-5 July 2019, the Poznan International Fair will host the Western Balkans Summit. The summit will be attended by heads of government and ministers from more than a dozen European Union and Balkan states. The summit is organized by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, and the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology.

To request accreditation, complete the form available below no later than on 20 June 2019 at 11 p.m. After this date, accreditations will not be accepted.

Please send details of your OB vans (brand and registration number) to rzecznik@msz.gov.pl,

with AKREDYTACJE_WOZY_SZCZYT­_POZNAŃ_name of editorial team in the email subject line by 11 p.m. on 20 June 2019. 

The press agenda of the summit will be published at a later date. Taking into account that the summit will feature many meetings and events, we suggest that you accredit more journalists in case you have to cover several events at the same time.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to limit access to media events (POOL). We will inform you about the granted POOL passes after the accreditation process is finished.
