Meeting of deputy foreign ministers of Poland and Ukraine

Undersecretary of State Marcin Przydacz invited Ukraine’s new Deputy Foreign Minister, Jevhen Perebyinis, to take part in political consultations in Warsaw.

The talks focused on Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, Polish-Ukrainian bilateral relations, and the possibility of enhancing cooperation in multilateral formats such as the Lublin Triangle and the Polish-Ukrainian-British trilateral pact.

Deputy Foreign Minister Przydacz reiterated Poland’s and Polish people’s unwavering support for Ukraine. “On this special day, 1 September, having experienced suffering caused by war, we understand how important it is for Ukraine to maintain its territorial integrity and cultural identity. We will support Kiyv to the best of our ability for our nations to survive the ordeal stronger and closer allies,” he stressed.

The Ukrainian side thanked for all the assistance Warsaw has been providing in all dimensions from the outset of the war.
