Meeting of representatives of RCID network, provincial marshal's administration, and local governments' associations

The meeting, held on 29-30 October 2025, centred on strengthening the cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its partners from local governments and non-governmental organisations. When opening the event, Head of the Foreign Service Rafał Wiśniewski put emphasis on the impact these entities have on Poland's image abroad.

Coordinators of Regional Centres for International Debate as well as representatives of provincial marshal’s administration offices and local governments’ associations had an opportunity to engage in discussions and participate in several workshops. The programme included a training on countering disinformation run by experts from the MFA’s Department for Strategic Communications and Countering Foreign Disinformation and a workshop on the diplomatic protocol, which provided the participants with useful tips applicable to their work.

The attendees also considered prospects for cooperation with partners from Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, and Central Asia.
