We express our condolences to the families of the victims. We stand united with Jordan’s authorities and the Christian community of the Karak province. We extend our sympathies to the Polish–Jordanian family which also suffered during the attack.

Jordan is an important partner for Poland, with whom we have been engaged for many years in combating terrorism and extremism. We appreciate Jordan’s special role in interreligious dialogue, as the guardian of Christian and Muslim sacred sites.
