The chiefs of diplomacy of the EU member states will discuss EU-Africa relations, promotion and protection of human rights in the world and the effectiveness of the Common Foreign and Security Policy. The meeting will be chaired for the first time by the new High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy Josep Borrell.

Minister Jacek Czaputowicz will also take part in a meeting of foreign ministers from Benelux and Visegrád Group countries as well as a meeting hosted by Greece with the participation of ministers of foreign affairs of North Macedonia and Albania.
