The EU foreign ministers at the FAC meeting will talk about preventing disinformation and about cooperation between the EU and the League of Arab States (LAS). The FAC meeting will also hold a preparatory discussion ahead of an EU ministerial with the member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), which will take place on the same day. Among other things, participants of the EU-ASEAN meeting will discuss cooperation for regional security.

 

The meeting between the foreign ministers of the European Union and the African Union will review the implementation of decisions from the Abidjan EU-AU summit in November 2017. The foreign ministers will furthermore speak about European-African economic cooperation and coordination of peace and security measures.
